Positive Feedback Loop

In the past year, we've been very happy to ship out a lot of our Scandinavian carving hatchets and introduce our Little Shaver to the green-woodworkers, spoon carvers and other artisans. But what makes us even happier is seeing people using and loving our tools.

It is really a special treat to see people who have purchased our tools, showing off the work they have done with them on some of the social networks that we have in common. A couple such groups are the Spoon Carving, Greenworking and Sloyd group, started by Phillipe Steele and the Second International Secret Spoon Swap, started by Leo Wirtz on Facebook.

There are quite a few artisans from that group who are now using one of our tools. One of these artisans is Bear Limvere, of Standing People Designs. He recently posted a finished spoon that he had roughed out with one of our hatchets.

This spoon became part of a group wide drawing for a secret spoon swap where many of the artisans within the group donated one of their handcrafted items to be exchanged with another artist within the group. Bear's spoon was shipped to England!

Thanks you Bear, for letting us show off your incredible spoon and thank  you Phil, for bringing so many artists together to learn from each other and share their work.
